Our tutu bloomers for baby girls have a cute tulle and floral frill layer with cute bow on the front. The bloomer is big enough to fit over a diaper to cover and the waist and legs are elasticated for a comfortable fit. Pair with our matching onesies and headband for a cute baby girl outfit.
